Since 2024, AI has been part of my design process. I use Claude AI for rapid prototyping, most recently to build the Build a Bond risk-tier selector for HODL Bonds. I generated a coded prototype accelerated design decisions and smoothly handed off to engineering to ship. Additionally, I use AI in research synthesis, accessibility, and documentation.

As far as designing AI products, I started designing AI-powered products in 2021 at NICE, Real-Time Interaction Guidance, an AI coaching tool that surfaces live sentiment and next-best-action to agents mid-call. Now it’s called AI Copilot for Agents.

I also designed Ask Snowy, HODL Bonds' Agentic conversational AI feature, end to end.

Research has shaped every product I've built. At NICE, I ran onsite and remote sessions with agents, supervisors, and admins, and those findings directly informed the disposition and notes flows that shipped for Agent Workspace.

The sessions included user interviews, quantitative testing, qualitative testing, diary studies, usability testing, A/B testing.

At DeFi Kingdoms, I ran community AMAs and qualitative and quantitative surveys with a highly engaged user base to guide product decisions.

Earlier at Meta.us, I ran usability testing to validate design direction for a competitive gaming platform.

My approach is the same across the board: get close to how people actually use the product, let that override assumptions, and inform new design decisions that accomplish product goals.

At its core, web3 refers to products built on public decentralized on-chain ledgers instead of a single company's centralized servers.

So if an app requires you to connect a wallet to use the interface, it’s a web3 decentralized app (dApp).

At DFK, I designed the interfaces for token swaps, staking, and an NFT marketplace, mechanics that can feel intimidating individually. My job was to translate that complexity into flows a mainstream audience could use without needing to understand the underlying tech, which is a big part of why the platform scaled to over 1B+ in on-chain transactions.

I have strong verbal and written communication skills, accustomed to presenting ideas to teams, stakeholders, investors, and at conferences.
